Greg began his telecommunications career in 1988 when he joined Teleconnect, an Iowa-based long distance, database marketing and operator services company. In 1991, he joined BSG's predecessor company, US Long Distance, and served in numerous sales and marketing management roles. Greg has also served as Vice President of Sales for Billing Concepts, Qwest Communications, and nii communications.
Norm joined BSG as CFO in 2003. He brings over 25 years of executive experience to the Company. Prior to joining BSG, Norm was with Avery Communications, Inc., one of four predecessor companies that joined together in December 2003 to form Billing Services Group. Norm's prior experience includes senior management and operational positions at a communications equipment manufacturer in which Norm sold a controlling interest to a NYSE-listed company in 2000. Norm has also run a private investment fund and served in senior management positions at CIBC World Markets and Citicorp, where he was responsible for lending or investing at all levels of the capital structure in leveraged credits.
Kelli joined BSG in 2002. As General Counsel for BSG, she oversees the legal, regulatory, compliance and LEC relations affairs for the company. Kelli has a BBA in management from Texas A&M University, a J.D. from Texas Tech University, and a MBA from Texas Tech University.
Cathy joined BSG in 2003 as part of the business consolidation with ACI Billing Services, and has been Senior Vice President of Information Technology since 2007. She is responsible for the IT development, maintenance and delivery for all BSG products and services, including the VoiceLog® third party verification operation. Her considerable capabilities are a testament to her 19-year career in the clearinghouse business.
John brings over 19 years of marketing expertise in leadership roles, including in the e-commerce, financial services, retail and travel industries. John is responsible for product management, marketing planning, e-commerce, and public relations at BSG. Prior to joining BSG, John was an executive at PayPal, Inc. and Bill Me Later, Inc. overseeing the travel and specialty retail verticals, where he led the expansion of the two online forms of payment with top online merchants, merchant partnerships and product planning. At US Airways, Inc., John ran the marketing programs/customer loyalty division, and also had roles in product marketing, international marketing and distribution planning.
