BC WebTrack allows you to see all the information history as it pertains to a given transaction. The near-real time view allows you to use powerful drill-ins to enable full visibility of all the sub-transaction detail for a given master transaction and the expected settlement position. Get to the most granular level of detail to help you in customer support, settlement positions and disputes.
Credit Card Virtual Terminal in BC WebTrack™
A terminal web-based application that allows you to manage individual transactions. Virtual Terminal is a secure, browser-based application that provides real-time, reliable and secure internet payment processing to businesses for authorizing, processing and managing Bill2Phone™ transactions from any computer with an Internet connection.
WLAN Roaming Session Report in BC WebTrack™
BC WebTrack is the unified portal for all reporting, including that for our WLAN Roaming solution. All WLAN usage data is available in near-real time. Each RADIUS request/response is maintained and visible to the operator at the finest detail. If there is an end-user or partner question, you can search and find data at the packet level to bring issues to resolution definitively and quickly.
