Gregory Carter
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Carter joined BSG in 2004 after serving two years as Vice President of Sales for nii communications - a San Antonio-based CLEC. Previous to nii, Mr. Carter served as Vice President of Operator Services for Qwest Communications after leaving Billing Concepts (dba Aptis Software) in 2000. From 1991 through 1998, Mr. Carter served in various sales and marketing management roles at US Long Distance (USLD). Mr. Carter began his telecommunications career in 1988 when he joined Teleconnect, an Iowa-based long distance, database marketing and operator services company. |

Norman M. Phipps
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Phipps joined BSG as Chief Financial Officer in 2003. He is responsible for all aspects of BSG's finance function, including financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, audit, investment banking relationships and mergers and acquisitions. A seasoned executive, Mr. Phipps brings over 24 years of executive management experience to the Company. Prior to joining BSG, Mr. Phipps was President and COO of LogiMetrics, Inc., a manufacturer of wireless broadband communications infrastructure equipment. Mr. Phipps sold a majority interest in LogiMetrics to a NYSE-listed company in 2000. Mr. Phipps has served as a partner in two private equity firms, and has been a senior officer at two global investment banks where he was responsible for managing leveraged credit portfolios, and both domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions. Prior experience also includes participation in workout and restructuring groups. |

Christopher R. Smith, CPA
Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting
Mr. Smith joined BSG Clearing Solutions as Controller in December 2001 and has been a Vice President since August 2005. He is responsible for all aspects of BSG's internal finance function, including financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and audit. Mr. Smith also coordinates the integration and consolidation of financial reporting processes associated with Company acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining BSG, Mr. Smith spent four years with Ernst & Young, most recently as Audit Manager. |

Kelli P. Cubeta
General Counsel
Ms. Kelli Cubeta joined BSG in 2002. As General Counsel for BSG Clearing Solutions North America, she oversees the legal, regulatory, compliance and LEC relations affairs for the company. Kelli has a BBA in management from Texas A&M University, a J.D. from Texas Tech University, and a MBA from Texas Tech University. |

Cathy Coleman-Ackerman
Senior Vice President of Information Technology
Ms. Cathy Coleman-Ackerman joined BSG in 2003 as part of the business consolidation with ACI Billing Services, and has been Senior Vice President of Information Technology since 2007. As such, she is responsible for all the IT development, maintenance and delivery for all BSG products and services including the VoiceLog third party verification operation. Her duties also include network operations and product management. She previously served in the capacity of Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Business Solutions, and Vice President of Operations. During her more than 17-year career in the clearinghouse business, she has directed many major initiatives including the completion and delivery of a total system rewrite, migration and integration of a number of business entities, and led a major re-engineering effort that identified technology-based solutions reducing manual functions with major cost savings. |

David Guerin
Senior Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining BSG Clearing Solutions, David was Vice President of Risk Services for Retail Decisions plc. At ReD David was responsible for the company's fraud prevention and settlement services including neural models deployed to financial institutions throughout North and South America, South Africa, Japan and Korea. Prior to Retail Decisions, David's career highlights include helping premier CyberSource merchants mitigate fraud, co-founding Centurion Systems, Inc., a payment solutions company, and a lengthy tenure as Director of Shared Global Systems, Inc., a First Data Corporation (TeleCheck) subsidiary that pioneered card-not-present (CNP) fraud prevention. With more than 20 years experience providing payment processing, merchant acquiring and risk management services to the largest Telecommunications and Internet Retailers, David Guerin's unique background and expertise is widely recognized in the CNP industry. |

Donald S. Free
Vice President of Production and Support Services
As Vice President of Production and Support Services, Mr. Free is responsible for the company's transaction processing, call center, network operations center and customer accounting department. Prior to joining BSG in 1996, Mr. Free represented Kansas City Life Insurance Company as a manager and field agent. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mr. Free retired from the U.S. Navy in 1994. |
