Wonder what all of those confusing items are on your phone bill? We’d like to help you make better sense of them. So who are we?
First of all, we’re not your local phone company. We coordinate billing between independent service providers and your local telephone company. The charges appearing on your bill are a result of an individual requesting a particular service and placing the associated charges with that service to the local telephone bill. BSG does not create billing records nor does it provide the services listed below; only the service provider (as detailed on your bill) creates the billing record.
What are those services? Anything from a long distance call, to an operator assisted call to subscription charges such as enhanced yellow page listings.
Here are several names which may appear on your bill. BSG's Customer Service department is available Monday through Friday from 7am to 9pm Central Time.
