The service providers that appear under the OAN bill page are related to a variety of different types of services. Enhanced services, long distance services, operator assisted services and digital content services may be a few of the services you may have utilized in order to be billed under OAN. Enhanced services providers support services that are beyond basic phone service, such as pay-per-call services for sports or weather updates, web service and caller ID. Long distance service providers process charges and long distance calls for both residential and business customers. Operator service providers provide services that utilize an operator, such as inmate calls, third-party calls, collect calls, calls from payphones, and calls made with a calling card.
Consumers can purchase services using OAN by authorized companies and pay for them on your home phone bill. Look for the OAN bill transaction type as an insert in your home phone bill. If you have any questions, or need help understanding OAN charges, please contact us. We are here to help you.
